Three years without you.

It is harder to be me.

Always with/out you.

The slash is because Brett is here, but not. His physical body has left Earth yet he is present for me still. I feel Brett with me when I choose to wear something green, when I laugh too hard at a joke, when I eat blueberries and watch hockey…All the reminders simultaneously make me happy, sad, and angry. It is harder to be here without him.
